If a number is not on Sources, it is a trainer house line. The debrief will say so. We will not invent a Hamilton protocol to fill a gap.
Society rules
6 mL/kg PBW and Pplat ≤30 (ARDSNet / ATS). ARDS sat 88–95 and the PEEP/FiO2 table (ARMA / ALVEOLI). PALICC-2 kids. BTF 35–45. AHA 2025 90–98 after ROSC. BTS 88–92 only for retainers. SSC 88–95 and MAP ≥65.
House lines — we say so
Adult ΔP ≤14 is Amato 2015, not an ATS mandate. Adult sat 92–96 is this trainer avoiding hyperoxia — not BTS 94–98. Pregnant PaCO2 30–34 is physiology. Cabin is a request you make. Dump is a disconnect. The clock will not needle a chest.
ASV
On the box so you can recognize it. Not the Flight Crew Buddy default. You set IBW, mode, rate, and VT from the lung and the gas.
